Orders
Our orders are filled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is places. Please check your order for accuracy before submitting it. If a change in the order is required, you must notify us within 2hr of placing the order by phone or email notification. Once an order has shipped it is not possible to cancel or change the order. Returns are not permitted due to the shipping requirements of hazmat regulations.
We do not have a retail storefront, and pickup orders are not possible
We ship using UPS as our shipping provider. Shipping delays sometimes occur with UPS or due to inclement weather or acts of God. In these cases, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We are closed on weekends/holidays and do not process shipments on the following days:
New Year’s Day (January 1)
Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Independence Day (4th of July)
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November)
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve (December 24)
Christmas Day (December 25)
Pricing Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure that the prices and information on our website are accurate, however we are not responsible for any typographical errors or prices listed in error.
Freeze risk
Most of our products are freeze stable, however some of our water base products may be sensitive to hard freeze and extreme weather. If you are placing an order from a climate and area in the USA that is experiencing freezing conditions you will need to call us 801-809-4098 to arrange precautions or to wait until such time when the weather conditions will be above freezing. We are not responsible for accidental freezing of any water-based products during shipping.
Return Policy
There are no returns on Domestic or international orders for any reason. This is due to the requirement and shipping regulations for hazmat products. Please make sure your order is correct, if an order correction is needed please call 801-809-4098 or email to concretesealhair@gamil.com within 2hrs of placing order to initiate hold on the order and make corrections. Once the order has shipped it cannot be refunded or returned.
Returns/Replacements of Defective Product
Our quality standards are extremely high, it is very unlikely a product will ship if defected. If a product is suspected of being defective once received, you must notify by phone 801-809-4098 within 1 business day after product container is opened or 30 days from purchase whichever occurs first. Email photos and a description of suspected defect to concretesealhair@gamil.com. If the product is found to be defective with concurrence from Seal Hair (WhiteStone Concrete Design), A new order will be shipped to replace the defective product. The defective product will be disposed of by customer according to state and local regulations, for example a “landfill paint and chemical disposal center”. It is not required to ship product back unless prior arrangements are made and needed for testing and quality control.
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported within 1 day of receiving product.
We recognize that damage by shipping carriers is outside of our customers’ control. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and report any shipping damage within 24 hours. Send us photos via email to concretesealhair@gmail.com or text to 801-809-4098
If shipping damage is clearly documented and caused by shipper (UPS), you will not be required to send the damaged product back. In most cases we will ship a new order free of charge within 2 business days of receiving the damage notification. If the package is damaged upon delivery and the driver is present. Please refuse the package and have the driver document the damage.
Seal Hair Concrete Sealer Storage
Seal Hair is a high cross-linking solvent-based sealer. With proper storage the sealer will have a long shelf life. A new unopened product container will have a shelf life of about 3 years or longer. Once the sealer is opened it is critical that the container rim and lid is cleaned with acetone and paper towel. The rim seat and lid must have a clean unobstructed surface for a proper seal to form. If sealer is not properly wiped and cleaned from container the lid may permanently stick. If the packaging (can and lid) is compromised, you will need to transfer the product into a new clean container.
First Time Users
Seal hair product are intended for professional use only. It is highly recommended to call us before ordering and using our sealer on any project. Review all installation and safety information first before use.
Please note that refunds/replacements can be made only if:
· You report the issue within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment.
· You report the issue within 24 hours of first opening the can or bottle in question.
· You have stored the cans or bottles in a properly temperature controlled environment since receipt.
· All shipping damage is reported and documented within 24hrs of delivery date
· You used an appropriate shipping method for your order if temperatures in your area or along the shipment route were below freezing at any time when ordering water based products.
· Product containers/lids are kept clean and a proper seal is secured after each use.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL/CANADA ORDERS FOR ANY REASON.
We ship using UPS. We cannot under any circumstances use a customer’s FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other shipping account, even if you have brokerage set up on your shipping account. If you do not want to use our UPS account for shipping to the destination, you can have us ship (using our UPS account) to a freight forwarder in the U.S. In this situation, there are still no returns or replacements, because the ultimate destination is international.
If a product is defective and meets the criteria stated above a new product order will be sent as a replacement. Do not ship back defective product.
All Safety Data Sheet are located on our website if needed in order to clear it with the appropriate officials ahead of time.
Pricing (US dollars) and shipping costs on our website is for product and shipping ONLY. Canada may charge additional taxes and/or duties that you are responsible for in addition to the shipping cost. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We have no way of predicting how much they will be. We make every effort to prepare customs forms properly, but we cannot predict whether your country has regulations that require you to provide further forms, payment, or information to customs officials.
By ordering, you signify that:
1. You understand that there are no refunds or replacements for the product or the shipping cost.
2. You are responsible for taxes, duties, and any procedures necessary to clear your goods through customs.
3. If the order is rejected by customs, you will request that it is abandoned and not returned to us (if allowed).

Seal Hair owned by White Stone Concrete design will never give, sell, copy, transmit, record or trade customer info including phone contact, address or email to any person, business or entity.
Safety
Vapor harmful. May affect the brain or nervous system causing dizziness, headache or nausea. Causes nose and throat irritation. Causes skin irritation. May be harmful if absorbed through skin. Harmful if swallowed. NOTICE: Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal.
Vapors may ignite explosively. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Vapors may cause flash fire. Do not smoke. Extinguish all flames and pilot lights, and turn off stoves, heaters, electric motors and other sources of ignition during use and until all vapors are gone. Prevent build-up of vapors by opening all windows and doors to achieve cross- ventilation. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do no breathe vapors or spray mist. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headache or dizziness or if air monitoring demonstrates vapor/mist levels are above applicable limits, wear an appropriate, properly fitted respirator (NIOSH approved) during and after application. Follow respirator manufacturer’s directions for respirator use. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling.
